Prior to booking an appointment, please review the following information below as it is imperative in order to effectively provide our establishment with proper safety guidelines.
Important Tips & Info Regarding Online Booking:
✓ When booking online, you will only be able to book one service. If booking a chemical service with a cut / and or wax, you will only need to book the chemical service as we can take care of an add on cut/ wax in the time provided. Just let us know you'd like to add on those services once you arrive.
✓ As we reopen, our cancellation policy will strictly be enforced. CDC Guidelines require salons to will operate at 50% occupancy. I’m sure you all can imagine the long list of clients waiting for a spot in our chairs after being closed for 3 months. We are reserving time especially for you. In order to protect our stylists income, failure to comply by providing us with at least a 24 hour notice will result in a cancellation fee up to 75% service charge.
In order to provide availability for Christy’s loyal clientele, she is currently not accepting new clients. We ask that if you’re scheduling an appointment for the first time, you kindly select an appointment with one our other skilled stylists. If you haven’t had an appointment with Christy in the past and are scheduled with her, your appointment may be moved to one of our other team members. We appreciate your cooperation as this is an effort to provide availability for her tenured customers.
Important Updates Regarding Your Salon Visit:
✓ In effort to practice social distancing, we will not allow additional guests to visit the salon. One parent/ guardian may accompany their child if the child is receiving a service but we ask that arrangements are made for additional siblings and for children not receiving services.
✓ If you’ve purchased a gift card, there’s no need to print anything. We’ve added all gift card purchases to your profile to conveniently use as store credit during check out.
✓ To help off set the costs accrued during our closure, CREDIT CARD TIPPING WILL BE UNAVAILABLE until further notice due merchant service fees. We will still accept card payments for SERVICES ONLY.
✓ We will be operating with 50% occupancy in order to comply with CDC guidelines.
✓ Masks are strongly recommended at this time.
✓ Walk-Ins will not be accepted, we will be operating by appointment only until further notice.
